Effective immediately we are no longer
supplying ANY state or local law enforcement entity including
government agencies that reside in states that infringe upon the
Second Amendment. If you reside in any of the states listed on our
restriction page please do not forward a copy of your
credentials or department letterhead to order restricted items
because the same restrictions now apply to everyone. We will however
still supply you as a citizen with the same products civilians can
legally purchase in your area.
The owners of Arms of America both
swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United
States while serving in the Army years ago. In doing so we feel
obligated to change our policies until 2nd Amendment
rights are restored in these restricted areas.
