Our Modular Rear Kalashnikov Trunnion is designed to allow the installation of 1913 rails, M4 Stocks, ACE/Stormwerks Hinges and stocks, and in the near future wood stocks from IronWoodDesigns!
It Replaces your current Rear Trunnion and has adapters to allow you to use the majority of the stocks on the market!!
Go ahead and stake that castle nut because you don’t need to disassemble the buffer tube to swap adapters! The bolt threads into the adapter from the inside of the receiver! You can swap back and forth between stocks in under 1 min!
These will be the #1 Choice for new builds as they allow you to be flexible later and not get stuck with one type of stock.

JMac trunnion
This thing is amazing, the modular design allows you to mount any brace or buffer tube or stock that I can think of besides traditional wood and polymer, but I hear they are working on that. But so am I because I know I can design and fab something before theirs hits the market.
However if you’re looking to put on a triangle folder or brace or something, this was a brilliant design and has worked a lot better than 10-32 screws, although the trunnion does have them drilled so you do have them as an option as well!! Couldn’t recommend it more highly.
