They are complete including the demilled barrel and part of the receiver demilled to the ATF specifications. Unlike other packages we include the full military issue set of 4 magazines, bayonet, cleaning kit, oiler, and sling with ours! Since these are military surplus they will show wear, light rust, and possibly scratches or dings on the parts.
