Beryl Front End Pin & Weld Conversion (Use original Gas block, front sight, and Beryl style muzzle brake)

This service is for the labor of working on an already complete BERYL for a front end conversion.
Conversion involves removing and cutting down the barrel, reinstalling with the original gas block and front sight (sight is pushed back) then permenently installing a muzzle device via pin & weld for the barrel to measure over 16".
The Beryl has a smaller than normal gas block journal so at this time we DO NOT recommend a gas block combo. We have installed a Rifle Dynamics clamp-on cadjustable combo block and it had to be tightened significantly, standard 15mm blocks will be too large.

THIS LISTING IS JUST FOR THE BERYL, due to the unique barrel profile! We will use the original muzzle device, or you can order one that we carry, or you can send one in. We will ensure the barrel is cut to whatever length is needed to reach 16" OAL.

-Pulling barrel and reinstalling (headspacing) - $150

By default we will clean up the weld over the pin and polish it smooth. We also dimple the weld so you know exactly where it is.

We offer a selection of combo gas blocks and muzzle devices, or you can send your own parts in.

There will be an additional disassembly/reassembly fee of $50 for any rifles that have rail systems that need to be taken apart beyond a normal field strip. Standard AKM furniture will not have a fee.

Work does not include refinishing and will leave some visible marks from the process. We can do touch up paint for an aditional cost (Additional options TBA).
