California Shipping
California Order Verification & Signature Policy
Effective January 1, 2026
To ensure full compliance with California AB1127/AB1263 state requirements, all orders for firearms parts and magazines shipping to California are subject to the following verification procedures:
1. Government-Issued Photo ID Required
All California customers must submit a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (typically a driver’s license) before the order can be processed.
2. Address Verification
The shipping address on the order must exactly match the address listed on the submitted ID.
Orders with mismatched or unverifiable addresses will not be processed.
3. Adult Signature Required on Delivery
All California shipments will be sent using Adult Signature Required service to ensure the package is delivered only to the verified recipient.
4. California Compliance Fee
Beginning January 1, 2026, a $10.00 California Compliance Fee will be added to all qualifying orders to offset the cost of mandatory signature service and additional verification handling. Please add THIS SERVICE to any order being shipped to California.
If it is not present in the order when placed, we will manually add it to the order. If the original card is unable to be charged, we will ask a new order to be made for this service in order to attach it to the order in question.
5. Additional Processing Time
Orders shipping to California will require additional processing time while verification is completed.
Orders with incomplete or missing documentation will be delayed or canceled.
6. Non-Compliance & Order Cancellation
Orders that do not meet the above requirements will be canceled and refunded, less any applicable payment processing fees. The $10 California Compliance Fee is non-refundable.
7. All barrels and receivers must ship to an FFL
Any orders containing barrels or receivers (including 80% receivers) destined to California must ship to an FFL.

I acknowledge that California has strict regulations governing the sale, possession, transfer, and manufacture of firearms and firearm-related components, including restrictions related to so-called “ghost guns,” unserialized firearms, and the unlawful manufacture of firearms.
- Lawful Use & Purpose
I certify that any firearm parts, accessories, tools, or related items purchased will be used solely for lawful purposes and in full compliance with California law.
I understand that it is illegal to manufacture or assemble a firearm without proper serialization, registration, and compliance with state and federal requirements.
- No Prohibited Transfer or Distribution
I affirm that I will not transfer, sell, provide, or make available any firearm-related items in violation of California or federal law.
- Understanding of Criminal & Civil Liability
I acknowledge that violations of California firearm laws may result in serious criminal penalties and civil liability.
