DIY Barreled Action Receiver Service

Purchase a headspaced parts kit, rivets, and receiver in order to use this service.

*Due to ATF restrictions two separate orders will need to be made. The FFL item will be shipped to your FFL dealer and the other remaining parts will be shipped to you.  See instructions below.*

ORDERING -

ORDER 1:  Purchase any headspaced parts kit and check the box for the barreled action service at the bottom of the options.

ORDER 2:  Purchase the correct receiver, rivets, and this service in a seperate order from the headspaced parts kit. **PLEASE ADD THE ORDER# from ORDER 1 IN THE NOTES**

SHIPPING:

SHIPMENT 1:  The barreled action receiver will ship directly to the FFL.

SHIPMENT 2:  The remaining non ffl items from the parts kit order will ship directly to the customers home on the original order. Please reference the order number of the headspaced parts kit in the comment section of this order for the receiver, rivets, and build service.

This service not only includes populating and headspacing the parts kit. It also includes us riveting the front trunnion, installing the barrel assembly into the trunnion once it's riveted to the receiver, finalizing headspace, installing the rear trunnion, and installing the trigger guard. This means you can complete your AK Parts build without buying any tools! This is a great option for customers to select to allow them to customize their build at home. We use the best commercial riveting tools and ensure the most difficult part is completed properly. 

Please ensure you order the headspaced parts kit seperately from this service. We can not ship the parts kit furniture and fire control parts inside the box with the barreled action. Please reference your parts kit order number in the customer comment section.

• Demilling not included (All of our Romanian and new production kits do not require demilling).
• We will not install the trigger group or furniture (due to the designation of this being a barreled action). You will still need to install the fire control group, safety, and furniture.
• We do not test fire the barreled action
• We install the original trigger guard to the receiver. So some fitment may still be required depending on the magazines used.
• We do not provide any refinishing work with this service as well.
• Must ship to an FFL License holder
• Transfers as a receiver and ships directly to the FFL seperately from the remaining parts kit, which must ship to your home.
