California Order Verification & Signature Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

To ensure full compliance with California state requirements, all orders for firearms parts and magazines shipping to California are subject to the following verification procedures:

1. Government-Issued Photo ID Required

All California customers must submit a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (typically a driver’s license) before the order can be processed.

2. Address Verification

The shipping address on the order must exactly match the address listed on the submitted ID.
Orders with mismatched or unverifiable addresses will not be processed.

3. Adult Signature Required on Delivery

All California shipments will be sent using Adult Signature Required service to ensure the package is delivered only to the verified recipient.

4. California Compliance Fee

Beginning January 1, 2026, a $10.00 California Compliance Fee will be added to all qualifying orders to offset the cost of mandatory signature service and additional verification handling. Please add THIS SERVICE to any order being shipped to California. If it is not present in the order when placed, it will need to be manually added, which will increase processing time.

5. Additional Processing Time

Orders shipping to California may require additional processing time while verification is completed.
Orders with incomplete or missing documentation will be delayed or canceled.

6. Non-Compliance & Order Cancellation

Orders that do not meet the above requirements will be canceled and refunded, less any applicable payment processing fees. The $10 California Compliance Fee is non-refundable.
