You shall not, directly or indirectly, reproduce, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, replicate, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Diablo Trigger Kit, nor shall you sell or offer for sale any imitation or competing product derived from it. This includes any attempt to manufacture and resell similar or substantially similar trigger kits or components.
This restriction applies regardless of whether the reproduction is for commercial use or private resale. Violating these terms may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and other remedies available under Texas law.
