ME Ukraine - Top cover with Picatinny rail for Saiga/AK-47/AK-74/AKM - Gen 2

Quick detached Top cover with a Picatinny rail to install the collimator and optical sights on most AK and AKM spec firearms that use a standard rear sight block. Will also work with some special rear sights, such as the WBP Picatinny RSB.

The upgraded cover allows you to leave the native mechanical parts. Only replaces the dust cover, keep your factory rear sight installed!

The main advantages of this product are ergonomics, durability, and low weight. The weight of the top cover is 160 grams only. Picatinny rail located directly on the top cover and it allows users to install their collimators and other sights on their Saiga and AK based rifles at a comfortable distance from the eye.

The top cover is entirely milled from a single blank of aviation 2024T aluminum alloy, which ensures manufacturing accuracy, strength

and the low weight of the product.

The cover is installed in the same way as the native cover of the receiver, except for the fact that there is an original design for fixing the spring return button in the back. As a result, there is no backlash and the point of aim does not change when removing and installing the cover. The tension knob is tightened to pull the dust cover tight against the receiver and completely eliminate dust cover wobble!

*NOTE: Perfect and posibly the only solid Railed Dust Cover option for firearms build using the WBP Picatinny Rear Sight Block. Most other dust covers require a traditional rear sight block to attach to, but this one does not (See photos)
