RETURNS
Returns/Refunds/Cancellation Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customer modified items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We do not guarantee part fitment or compatibility, since we don't know what the intended use is (for example ordering AKM parts to put on a Yugo spec rifle). AK parts often need filing and fitting as well, and this is typical for the platform. If a part does not fit, it would not constitute an error on our part.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Most refunds will be issued back to the card used for payment.
If this is not an option, such in the case of an expired card, or a money order/Credova payment, funds will be issued to the account used to place the order as store credit only.
Firearms Warranty and FFL Cancellation/Restock
All firearms that are sold directly through us have a 1 year warranty from the date of shipping in regards to manufacturer defects. Please contact us if you believe there is an issue with your new firearm and we will be happy to talk with you about it. We will require photos (or video if necessary) to demonstrate what may be happening before we can offer solutions or warranty work.
Any FFL order cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Any firearms that need to be shipped back to us due to complications in taking posession at the FFL will be subject to a 10% restock fee.
This restock fee will not apply if a shipment is coming back to us, but shipping back out (example: if an FFL shut down or was unable to take the package and we are shipping it back out to a different FFL once it returns to us). A new charge for the cost to re-ship a package will apply before we ship it back out..
Any return shipping costs are between the customer and the FFL dealer. The dealer will already have a copy of our FFL in hand for proper transfer and shipping back to us.
If we are requested to send a return label, we will need to re-charge the original card for the cost of that label.
Shipping to Arms of America:
When shipping a firearm, please ship in a reasonable soft or hard gun case. We will have to charge to add a soft rifle case to any firearm work orders if we receive a firearm without a proper case. Oversized cases may incur additional shipping costs.
Please DO NOT ship using packing peanuts, shredded paper, plastic grocery sacks, toilet paper, paper towels, unneccessarily heavy materials such as magazines, general garbage, or copious amounts of tape that has to be cut through to reach the item. We will charge a $10 processing fee for any packages received with these unreasonable packing materials. Please use reasonable materials, like packing paper, bubble wrap/bubble mailers, air pouches, foam sheets, ziploc bags, etc.



Any additional fees or charges mentioned within these policied will either be charged to the relevant order (Example: in the case of sending a firearm in for a work order), or in the case of returns, it will simply be retained from the refunded amount.
