These brand new Polish Fabryka Broni "FB Radom" chrome lined cold hammer forged sporting configured barrels are without a doubt the nicest 7.62x39 barrels we have ever seen and probably the highest quality in the world. These barrels can provide up to 10 X the life of any US 7.62x39 barrel. No AK barrel MFG in the US has the barrel production capabilities of Fabryka Broni
These are not your early production 7.62x39 barrels, these are even better! These cold hammer forged barrels are produced on one of the later model Steyr-Mannlicher hammer forging machines which only a few places in the world possess. Fabryka Broni is without a doubt the most skilled and modernized factory in the world to produce this style barrel. Arms of America was lucky enough to be invited to the new modernized factory in Poland to witness these highly skilled workers achieve absolute perfection in every part they produce.

These sporting configured barrels are a perfect solution to replacing your rare collectible sporting rifle shot out barrel with something that is actually better than the original. This barrel is compatible with Polish, Russian, Egyptian, Romanian, and most other European stamped press sporter AK 7.62x39 rifles.
Examples of common step fee requests: Using a Jmac or Definitive Arms Combo Gas Block, AK-74 parts, Chopped barrel but still want to use a separate gas block and front sight (AMD-style).
*AK-74 parts will need the front sight and gas block journals extended a bit, please use the Step Fee and request via notes if you need this done.
**We will not turn down the trunnion journal from 23mm to 22mm without receiving your trunnion to ensure proper press fitment.

Beautiful barrels, got 3 one for a polish build, tula build and an izhmash. We will see how they come together and how they perform. But just by looking at them I have high hopes.

Haven't done anything with the barrel yet but it's the best option right now for new production commbloc barrels for demilled kits. Was expecting a lead time as advertised it it was shipped almost right away. Been buying from AoA for quite a few years now and they have always gone above and beyond for me. When they can they try to hand select exactly what you are after too which I love.

Not quite as good as the ones that came from Poland already threaded, since this must now be done after the fact, but still a high quality Polish Barrel. Obviously, not threaded upon import due to restrictions. Still the best option available for a chrome lined barrel.

FB Raydom AK barrel
Although I have yet to install this barrel I am very pleased with it upon my inspection. The bore is perfect and the chrome lining perfect; also the bluing is beautiful. I opted to get threading and a hand guard cut and they appear good. I’m using this barrel to complete my Soviet AKM build on a 1969 Izhevsk parts kit. I’m not an AK professional but of the new production barrels I’ve seen this is the closest to an original ComBloc barrel. The fact that it’s made in a former ComBloc country in a historic factory definitely helps.

This barrel is sooooo nice! It arrives blued and chrome lined! The optional thread and hand guard retainer cut are well worth the money if you ask me! Arms is the bomb diggity!!!

Probably the best quality you're going to get out of a akm barrel I bought a 14.5 inch barrel and a 12.5 inch barrel both were excellent quality

Awesome barrels
I know these will last a long time as they are very nice. I ordered 2 for 2 builds and love them shooting. I will say there are a few things that should be addressed for anyone else interested. First the barrels fit very tight into both trunnions I had (romanian and IZHMASH parts kits). Used a very fine scotch pad to remove bluing for the trunnion, gas and sight journals and went much smoother along with a brake hone in the trunnions. Second issue was the handguard retainer cut service ordered, wish they had it a hair more towards the end of the barrel because both installs required a lot of material removed from the handguards to fit. Maybe next time I'll order only the threading service and cut the handguard groove myself. All in all, cannot beat the quality of these barrels and they are more accurate than my ak-builder and green mountain ak barrels.
