Furniture take-offs from our battlefield kits.
Expect BattleField PickUp condition parts to contain any combination of the following: trench art, carvings, notches, dents, dings, chips, scuffs, and/or mild to major schellac finish wear. Chipped wood or holes will also be shipped out as long, as part is still in good functional condition.
Our criteria for very good condition wood includes less finish wear regarding the shellac coating (but some minor dents dings and other imperfections may still be present), and typically have lighter or more vibrant color, and less overall damage. TRENCH ART IS AUTOMATICALLY CATEGORIZED AS BFPU so we cannot provide Very Good with Trench Art requests. If an order asks this combination, we will ship the nicest trench art we can find but it will be BFPU condition.
Hand Select Fee on furniture now covers the full set, so if you are looking for a certain color, clean or trench art, we will always do our best to match your set based on what you type in for your request! If you want mismatched parts that's not a problem, just be sure to be specific in your request.
Bakelite grips and upper handguards are in general battlefield condition. Upper handguards may have small cracks. Trench Art selection on upper handguards is very limited due to many of them breaking in half.
All upper handguards will come with a used surplus retainer spring. Dong lower handguards are not guaranteed to have a front spring.
**All hand select requests are subject to availibility and MUST BE TYPED IN before your order is placed. Requests made after the fact may not be honored. Orders that choose Hand Select but without any request notes will be picked for general matching quality/color.

The completion of my dream rifle
I know an old WASR-10 with military furniture that contains trench art is hardly a Gucci 7k dollar firearm that one could only dream about, but this is my dream rifle. And AOA hit it out of the park with it. It’s the topping of a cake you’d probably spend more time looking at than eating. Don’t get me wrong, I’m training with this thing, it’s going to get a very high round count. The dong and grip are perfect. Giggity.

Hand picked wood furniture
I love my WASR, but the modern, light-colored wood is very obviously not Romanian. I stated my preference for the wood's appearance. I could not have chosen better if I was there to do it. The wood choice (on my behalf) is absolutely what I wanted. I highly recommend Arms of America and their hand-select service.
I expect my WASR to be gorgeous once I have time to mount this furniture.

AKM Romanian Dong
I elected not to choose a Dong of my liking. AOA sent me a really nice Dong. It’s in great shape and very solid even with the minor nicks and impressions. The color I received was a deep reddish brown that did not match my current furniture color. But that’s the chance I took, not selecting a piece. I ended up staining my wood furniture to match the Dong. Which I like even more with the finished product. Thanks again AOA.

Romanian Dong Handguard
Great purchasing experience with Arms of America, and the dong handguard is in great shape. Ordered a BFPU with hand select to get one with trench art and a dark color, and that is exactly what I got. Looks great on my build and gives it the authentic look of a surplus build. Would absolutely buy from Arms of America in the future.

Quality Piece
Furniture showed up in much better than expected condition. Hand select listened to my request and the color was great for my build. No damage at all except for some surface wear but what can you expect from surplus furniture. Probably won't even refinish because im happy with how it looks.

Exactly what I wanted for my Wasr10 !! ?
I paid for the ability to pick which color I wanted. I specified that I wanted walnut brown matching dong and buttstock. AOA came through!! Perfect selection, great quality and authentic look and feel! 10/10 recommendations.
