Original Romanian military-surplus front sight base for the AIMS-74 / PM md. 86 rifle. These are new, unissued surplus parts and feature the distinctive Romanian M22×1.5 RH (22×1.5mm right-hand) muzzle threads used with the original AIMS-74 muzzle device. This differs from the standard 24×1.5 RH threading commonly found on other AK-74-pattern rifles.
