Used surplus condition. Some pouches may have holes that should not interfere with function. Could have some oil or cosmoline on the pouch possibly from storage.

Product looks new, unused. Green in color. The main pouch leather eyelet looks a little blown out but it latches on the pin just fine. Not a bad product.
