Purchased this and an upper handguard. Both required some filing to get them to fit, but they are some of the most durable wooden handguards I’ve had experience with. Very resilient to scratches, dings, and gouges, and I use this rifle to compete. They are a fantastic investment if you want to keep your rifle classy but practical.
